Mixed skewers with Byron potatoes

Mixed skewers are usually one of the dishes on the green grass. But I was craving them, so I prepared them on the grill on the stove.
There are countless recipes, I know that, and I will present one of my recipes.

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 500 g pork
  • a white onion
  • a red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 gogosar
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • nutmeg

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mixed skewers with Byron potatoes:

Cut the meat into cubes and put in a marinade made of wine, sauces, mustard, garlic and spices. Leave it to cool in the evening until morning or at least for 3 hours.

Peel an onion and cut it into 4 pieces and then cut it into strips.

Peppers and donuts are cut into appropriate squares.

Wash the mushrooms well and remove the stalks.

We start assembling the skewers alternating the two kinds of meat with the vegetables, according to the heart's desire.

Put the grill on the stove and when it is hot, grease it with a little oil and place the skewers. Put the lid on and let it fry for 15 minutes on one side and then turn them on the other side until they are well browned.

We serve them hot with Byron potatoes (made according to Papabun's recipe) and a salad.
