How to prepare crispy dough:

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the butter and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained. We spread a sheet with a rolling pin and bake it in a tray on baking paper, until it starts to brown. (30x40 cm)

For the scalded dough:

Melt the butter and water in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the flour mixed with the starch and baking powder. Mix with the mixer and gradually add the eggs. Divide the composition into 3 equal parts and bake the sheets on baking paper for about 20 minutes. Leave the sheets to cool.

For the cream:

Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package, add the cheese, sugar and whipped cream.

Spread a layer of jam over the crispy sheet and place one of the 3 sheets above. Add a layer of cream, over which we place the cut strawberries and another layer of cream. Place a second sheet of the scalded dough, spread the remaining cream and decorate with strawberries and triangles formed by the third sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

70 g melted butter
2 tablespoons cocoa Dr.Oetker
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Cream Cake with Mascarpone and Mint-Recipe Video

250 g mascarpone
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 envelope Dr.Oetker cake ornaments
1 teaspoon Natural American Mint Essence
1 sachet of Dr.Oetker gelatin
4 tablespoons cold water
150 ml fresh
dark chocolate icing
little green dye (optional)

Grind the biscuits or crush them as small as possible. Mix with melted butter, sugar and cocoa. Put in detachable form lined with baking paper and press well. Let cool for 30-45 minutes.

Add 1 sachet of Dr.Oetker cake ornaments to the composition and mix lightly. Pour the composition over the cookie sheet and leave to cool for 4 hours.

Remove and garnish with melted chocolate according to everyone's imagination. I used dark chocolate icing to decorate it behaves very well when glazed.

Strawberry fantasy

From the anniversary we were talking about to the ganache cake, now I give you a simple recipe for tart with strawberries and whipped cream.

Ingredient: a pandispan top of 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons oil, 100 ml milk, 6-7 tablespoons flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, lemon zest, rum essence, cream of 700 ml whipped cream , pink dye, 500 g strawberries, syrup of 6 tablespoons of sugar, 200 ml of water, rum essence.

leaf : the egg whites are mixed with the sugar (including the vanilla one), added one by one, continuing to mix: the yolks, the oil, the milk, the baking powder, the flavors and finally the flour (mix at speed 1 now), as much as required for a soft, flowing dough. A tart tray is lined with oil and flour (necessarily, because the cake will remain in the tray), pour the dough, then sprinkle pieces of strawberries on top. Place in the hot oven, over medium heat (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes, or until the toothpick test passes. Then remove and allow to cool in the pan.
Whipped cream divide in two, half turning pink and mixing lightly with diced strawberries.

From the series of baking cakes from Dr. Oetker, today I present to you & # 8220Molehole & # 8221 which is one of my favorite desserts when it comes to Dr. Oetker cakes. It is a delicious combination of cocoa, bananas and cream with chocolate flakes, all assembled according to the name of the cake in the form of a mole.


The box for the rhapsody cake with cherries from Dr. Oetker contains 1 cardboard form for the cake, 1 sachet with cream mix (132g), 15g powder for the decorative cherry sauce and 105g of cocoa biscuits for the countertop.
