How can I describe this delicacy to you? Mmmmmmmm .... served hot with a cup of ice cream next to it is crazy ... served cold ... it's divine! You can try other fruits but plums give it a dream flavor!

  • 1 kg ripe plums (you can put even more)
  • 140 gr brown sugar
  • 100 gr oatmeal (preferably finely ground)
  • natural vanilla extract a teaspoon
  • orange blossom extract a teaspoon
  • the juice of an orange
  • grated orange peel
  • 250 gr flour
  • 175 gr cold but soft butter
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Crumble with plums:

Mix all the ingredients (except the fruit) until the composition becomes crumbly and we get the dough crumbs. Wash the plums and break them into pieces (cut them), put them in the tray and sprinkle with the orange juice.

Put the dough crumbs on top.

Put the vanilla, orange peel and put in the oven until browned at 180 degrees.
