- 2 tablespoons Thai black tea powder
- 350ml water
- 50ml condensed sweetened milk (more or less to taste)

- Boil the water in a pan. Add the tea to the water and leave to steep with the lid on for 10 minutes.
- Strain through a coffee filter. Serve over ice with sweetened condensed milk.
