Sometimes we want something salty, not just sweet. So I made this pie with feta cheese, a wonderful pie served with yogurt, it can be a delicious breakfast!

  • 275 g aluat foeitaj

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2-3 lg Greek yogurt
  • 1 or

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cheesecake:

Leave the puff pastry dough at room temperature to thaw.

In a bowl put the cottage cheese and feta cheese given on the grater with large holes or crushed with a fork. Add the yogurt and mix the composition. If necessary, add more yogurt. Put the beaten egg and season with salt to taste. Mix everything well. It is set aside.

The puff pastry is unwrapped and stretched a little with a rolling pin.

Line the tray with baking paper. Place half of the dough in the pan. Sprinkle a little semolina and then pour the cheese. Level and sprinkle a little semolina again. Cover with the other half of the dough, seal well on the edges and then spread on top with the beaten egg yolk with a little milk.

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned on top. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a little water and then cover with a clean kitchen towel. Leave covered for a few minutes then portion and serve.

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300-350 ml water
  • 1 yolk

For the filling

  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 200 g feta
  • 150 g ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • A few strands of green onion tails for decoration

Step by step method

We start, of course, with the dough. Heat the water slightly (it should not burn on the finger, if you try it). Mix the yeast with the salt and sugar, add some of the hot water and leave it for 10-15 minutes to release the carbon dioxide.

In a large bowl, combine the flour with the olive oil. Add the yeast mixture and knead for a few minutes, until the dough becomes elastic and homogeneous. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it there for 30 minutes or as long as it needs to double.

Grate the mozzarella on a large grater, mash the feta cheese and place them in a bowl with the ricotta and eggs. Homogenize the composition and set it aside.

Divide the leavened dough into 8 equal pieces or if you want them smaller than you want, the idea is to be equal. Spread the dough into rectangular pieces and divide the cheese evenly on the dough, spread it lightly and gather the side edges inwards, twist the ends and place them in trays lined with baking paper.

We take them out and let them temper in the tray in which they were baked. Sprinkle slices of green onions and they are only good to serve with a yogurt or a glass of whipped milk. Simple isn't it? Good job and good appetite!

Method of preparation

From yolks, mineral water, salt powder, yogurt and 400 grams of flour, knead a smooth and elastic dough (if necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour). The dough is placed on the work surface greased with oil and divided into 2 equal parts. Knead the margarine or butter with flour (30 grams) until it is incorporated & # 8211 flour has no other role than to make the fat adhere better to the dough. Take a piece of dough and spread it on the work surface greased with oil in a square sheet. Half of the amount of butter or margarine is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the sheet, then cut two cuts on each side of the square, without completely detaching them. Method of preparation:
Mix the flour with the yolks, add the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Knead an elastic dough that is left to rest for 15 minutes, and during this time we homogenize the ingredients for the filling, at the same time we put in a pan 2 liters of boiling water.
The dough is divided into 4 pieces, then each piece is spread in a very thin sheet.
Prepare the baking tray, greasing it only with melted margarine.
When the water starts to boil, the first sheet of dough is placed max 10 sec in hot water, removed with a whisk and immediately immersed in a bowl of cold water.
Remove the sheet, drain and place in the tray, wrinkling it a little, and spread a layer of filling over the sheet.
Do the same with the other dough sheets, spreading a layer of filling between them.
Spread the last sheet of dough with melted margarine and sprinkle with a little caster sugar, then bake the pie until browned on top.
Cool, portion and powder with powdered sugar.


SALTED CHEESE PIE

With just a few ingredients and a little patience, you can prepare the best salted cheese pie at home.

ingredients:

  • a packet of fine pie sheets
  • 350 gr. cow telemea
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 gr. sour cream
  • 150 gr. butter

The first step in today's preparation involves greasing a heat-resistant tray with a generous layer of butter.

It is very important to remove the pie sheets no more than half an hour beforehand from the freezer so that they do not have time to dry. They are very delicate and thus we avoid gluing them, which will not allow us to grease them individually.

I grate the cheese on the large grater and then I mix it with 200 grams of sour cream and an egg.

I start to grease a sheet of pie with melted butter, adding 4 sheets on top of each other, spreading a quarter of the cream cheese composition evenly over the entire surface and forming a roll that will fit into my tray along the way. It must be worked quite quickly, eventually we can have at hand a wet towel to cover the unused sheets until installation.

I estimated that I would form 4 rolls from the whole package of sheets and the cheese mixture obtained.

I prick them with a fork from place to place, and add a final touch of butter on top.

In a separate bowl beat the remaining 3 eggs with 300 gr. of sour cream then turn them over the cheese rolls to cover them everywhere.

The oven is already heated to 190 ° and let the pie bake for about an hour and a half.

Towards the end I reduce the temperature a little more to make sure that it penetrates enough and does not burn underneath.

The pie grew very nicely. The crust on top is amazing and has a layer of cheese enough for my taste.


Cheese pie filling

Leave the margarine outside for an hour to soften a little, then mix with the yogurt, mix well. Gradually add flour, put baking powder, lemon peel and get a dough. Leave to cool for 2 hours.

We prepare the filling separately:

We mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, the 2 eggs, the rum essence and the vanilla sugar and the raisins. Mix well

From the obtained dough we spread 2 sheets. First put a sheet, then the filling and cover with the other sheet. Put in the oven. Serve with pleasure

5. It is advisable to cut the pie before putting it in the oven.

6. In the well-heated oven (over 200 gr.C.), insert the tray and let it bake until the pie is browned.

This recipe does not require many ingredients, does not contain flour, is very easy to make and is extremely good.

Ingredients Russian cheese pie

500 g of cottage cheese
5 tablespoons sour cream
3 eggs
4 tablespoons raw sugar
4 tablespoons gray

We notice that initially the appliance does not start the countdown but heats the pot and only then it will appear on the display for 55 minutes and baking begins.

During baking it is recommended (for desserts, not for other ways of preparation) to open the lid a few times to get the steam out.

When the time has elapsed and the device beeps, the pie is ready.

On the surface it will not be brown, as in the traditional oven, but it is certainly baked and brown on the bottom.

We let it cool in the device and, with a firm movement, we turn it over on a plate.

Serve either powdered with sugar, or with a cup of ice cream on top or a tablespoon of sour cream.
