About two weeks ago, Merisor brought the Waffle Maker Duraceramic Breville device to the country and we had a craving for some delicious waffles.
As you will see, we had to measure the ingredients in the classic style, with a spoon, not having a country scale. I had to improvise something with the decoration of the waffles, but also with the decoration for the final pictures. I hope I did.
I recently won such a device from friends and I can't wait to use it because it's wonderful. I find it very cute at the same time, being a small device.

  • It took:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 750 g hardened apples from the jar
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 sachet baking powder (10 g)
  • 20 tablespoons flour (or as much)
  • Cream:
  • 200 ml sweetened liquid cream
  • 397 g of caramelized condensed milk

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert waffles with apple in composition and caramel cream with the Waffle Maker Duraceramic Breville device:

Mix eggs, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Incorporate the cream, then the apples and the oil. Add baking powder and sifted flour and mix.

* Put enough flour to make a dough thicker than pancakes.

Heat the Waffle Maker Duraceramic Breville, grease the plates with oil and put 2-3 tablespoons of dough in each compartment. Turn off the appliance and wait for the waffles to turn red, checking their condition from time to time. Continue like this until all the dough is finished. It is not necessary to grease the plates.

Prepare the cream. Mix the whipped cream a little, then incorporate the condensed milk into it.

The cold waffles are filled with the obtained cream and can be served.
