Prepare a round tart shape with a diameter of about 24 cm, line it with baking paper and grease it with a little oil.

Take the spoon from both compositions and put it in the tart pan without mixing the two colors. The dough will not be soft, like cake, but will have the consistency like a whipped cream, fluffy and bound. Intersperse the compositions and then put the cherries that you have previously mixed with 2.3 tablespoons of flour (to be well given through the flour!). Gently press them over the composition and level the mixture.

Put the tray in the preheated oven 10 minutes before. Bake over low heat until the tart is lightly browned and pass the toothpick test.

Let it cool well, peel off the baking paper and garnish with whipped cream and cherries & # 8230or nothing :)))

Then pour over the rest of the amount of parfait with biscuits and leave to freeze for at least 6 hours.

Turn the form over on a serving platter, remove the cling film and cut into suitable slices.

For the dough: In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix them by hand until you get a dough that does not stick and is elastic.

For the filling: In a large kettle, add all the compote from the jar, along with the cherries, together with the sugar and leave on the fire for 8-10 minutes. Add the starch dissolved in 3 tablespoons of cold water and let it boil over low heat, stirring constantly until the water from the compote has thickened. Set aside and let cool completely.

For the cream: Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar, when it has dissolved, add the yolks, one at a time. In the dough obtained, add cream cheese, vanilla sugar, vanilla essence and oil, mix and at the end, add flour with baking powder. Mix again until you get a homogeneous dough. In a tart pan (28cm) greased with butter on the entire surface, I spread the dough (and on the edges), then I put the cherry filling and on top I added cream cheese. Lightly level and put the tray in the hot oven for approx. 1 hour or until nicely browned on top. When it is ready, let it cool completely, then powder it with powdered sugar.
