It's Monday and I thought I'd befriend you again this week, showing you a new dream recipe! I asked you on Instagram what I would like to present to you this week: a special recipe for macaroni or cakes? I kept thinking which recipe would be more appropriate, but I couldn't decide at all. You voted for the macaroni recipe, and I couldn't be happier haha ​​:)). I didn't really know how to translate the title of this recipe (MAC AND CHEESE STICKS), but it's about macaroni and cream cheese sauce, rolled in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Crazy, isn't it?   • 300 g of pasta
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 120 g mozzarella
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • flour
  • biscuit

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mac and cheese sticks appetizer (macaroni and cheese sticks):

We prepare the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Put 50 ml of milk and the 4 tablespoons of flour on the fire and mix gently for 2-3 minutes. Add the rest of the milk and mix vigorously so that no lumps form. Bring the mixture to a boil, season with salt and pepper and then add the mozzarella.

Stir continuously until the cheese has melted.

Pour the cooked and strained macaroni over the sauce.

In the tray lined with baking paper, spread the macaroni and press lightly.

Put the tray in the freezer for 2 hours.

Remove the tray from the freezer and cut the bars. Pass the bars through the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. We fill a quarter pot with oil and when it has heated up, we brown the bars. We drain them on a napkin tray.
