Instructions:
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, in plenty of salted water, until they are al dente. Then drain well and divide between individual bowls, heated.

While the pasta is boiling, heat the oil in a pan. Add the tomatoes, sugar and pepper and mix well for 2 minutes. Add wine, anchovies, tuna and olives and mix for another 2 minutes.

Add mozzarella and mix for 1 minute. It tastes and matches salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, sprinkle fresh basil on top and serve the salad.

Spaghetti with sardines and lemon

Ingredient:

  • 2 onions
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 240 g tuna in oil (whole piece)
  • 350 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons capers (well drained of juice)
  • 4 tablespoons pitted black olives, chopped
  • 2-3 strands of basil
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:
