In a bowl, I sifted the flour, I sprinkled salt, I put the 2 eggs and the egg white from the third one, I added the sour cream and I mixed a little. Separately, I put the milk with the sugar to heat, I took it off the heat and I added the dry yeast, I mixed well and I left approx. 10 min, then I poured over the flour, eggs, sour cream, I mixed and at the end, I added the melted butter.

I kneaded well approx. 20 min and then I let it rise for 1 hour. Then I spread rectangular pieces, over which I spread raspberry jam, sprinkled coarsely chopped walnuts, spread half of the rectangle, rolled the side with jam and left a portion that I fringed, I brought the fringes on top over roll, then I rolled into a spiral and formed the pies. I got 7 pies, some bigger, some smaller, because I didn't weigh the dough so that they all came out the same. I placed them in the stove tray, the tray lined with baking paper, I greased them with egg yolk and I let them rise for about 10 minutes, then I put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C, when they start to brown on top, I'm ready. I ate a hot one, that's how I like it .....
